Pre-Owned 42mm Omega Speedmaster Professional (311.30.42.30.13.001)
The Speedmaster is one of Omega’s most iconic timepieces. Having been a part of all six lunar missions, the legendary Speedmaster is an impressive representation of the brand’s adventurous pioneering spirit. This model features a bold brown dial with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. A small seconds dial, 30 minute recorder and 12 hour recorder grace the dial along with a central chronograph hand. The black bezel, with its tachymetric scale, is mounted on a 42mm stainless steel case, and the watch is presented on a stainless steel bracelet. At the heart of this chronograph is Omega’s mechanical caliber 1863, the famous manual winding movement that was worn on the moon, visible through the transparent caseback. This Speedmaster is unusual in that Omega manufactured it with a brown dial, as opposed to the normal black dial. The brown dial is Omega’s recognition of the beauty inherent in a vintage Speedmaster whose dial has aged to a brown color.
